The border of Location 1 starts from the parking space of Brod’s Oil Refinery and along embankment it goes downstream to the boundaries of the parcel marked as c.r. 69. From this point, the border of the location 1 is turning right to the street of St. Sava. From the mentioned point, the border of the business location goes through St. Sava to the Railway Plateau (c.c. 4743) and arrives at a residential block marked as c.r. 1309/1. Following the border of c.r. 1309/1 the border of the location goes to V. Passengers Street. At that point, the border of the location breaks to the south and comes to S. Stjepanović Street, which represents the southern border of the business location all the way to the street St. Sava. From the mentioned place, the border continues in the direction of the north following the parking border to the starting point of this business location. An electric distribution network is drawn on the map. Approximate unencumbered (free) power is indicated at the voltage levels of 0.4 KW on individual TSS and 10 KW on individual transmission lines. The border of the Location 2 starts from the point where the parcels marked as c.r. 2010, 1939, and 1941 meet. From the mentioned point, the border follows the lines of the parcels marked as c.r. 1399, 1938 and 1937, going north-east to the canal of “Mocelj”, marked as 1798. The border of this location continues with that canal towards the east where it connects with another drainage canal and turns south and goes to the Street of Krajiških brigades. Along that street it goes in the direction of south to the cadastral parcel marked as c.r. 1995. Then it diverts and goes northwards following the line of cadastral parcels marked as c.r. 1995, 1984, 1983, 1981 1981, 1980, 1979, 1978 and 1977 respectively, or more precise it goes along their eastern border. This line repeatedly breaks off following the western border, c.r. 2010/1, and going north, ends at the starting point of the border of this business location. The border of the Location 3 begins at the point where the peripheral canal connects to the street of the Krajiških Brigades (the beginning of the cadastral parcel marked as c.r. 2023). From here, the border moves along the street of the Krajiških Brigades to the cadastral parcel marked as c.r. 2382, where it turns east along the borders of cadastral parcels marked as c.r. 2380, 2377, 2378 and 2360. The border enters the Stadium Street and goes south to the cadastral parcel marked as c.r. 2359. It follows to c.r. 2336 going south to the border of the parcel c.r. 2312/1 which is extending to the unclassified road `Toplice`. Following this route, it goes west until c.r. 2309, continuing to the south following the border of the mentioned parcel and parcels marked as c.r. 2302, 2300 all the way to the Street of Brod’s Battalion. In this street, the border turns west, and following the aforementioned street comes to the border of the parcel c.r. 2049. From that point the border goes north until c.r. 2045 and 2044 and comes to the peripheral canal marked as c.r. 2025. The peripheral canal goes to the west to the starting point. A power distribution network has been drawn on the map. The approximate unencumbered (free) power is indicated at the voltage levels of 0.4 KW on individual TS and 10 KW on individual transmission lines. Existing condition and possibilities of connection to the water supply and sewage network: location 3 starts from the Mocelje canal and the water line goes from the water supply line. The purpose was to use the water delivery to a water treatment plant from the well 5, which has not been operating since 2000 (Stadium Street). The purpose of it has to be changed. The direction of collector no. 1 is towards the street of the Brod’s Battalion. The second connection possibility is a collector line of 200 m. ꝋ 1400. Based on the existing infrastructure in the environment, it is possible to use it (roads, water, electricity, sewage) as well as to solve the specific requirements of the investors. The possibilities of extension and construction of the telephone network were provided by the development of technical solutions, the realization of which would be in accordance with the needs of the investors. Location 3 goes to the main road Brod-Derventa-Doboj-Zenica-Sarajevo with its north-western border. It is largely undeveloped, which leaves the possibility of organizing space in accordance with the wishes and needs of investors. The main road is also a border from the Location, so there is room for expansion if the surface of the PZ3 is insufficient for the organization of the business of a potential economic entity.
